Service Call Policy & Terms

At The Alaskan Electricians, we believe in clear, upfront, and honest pricing. Below is a detailed breakdown of our rates, dispatch fees, and payment policies so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Service Call & Labor Rates

• Hourly Rate: $160 per hour for standard service and troubleshooting.

• Multi-Technician Billing: Labor is billed by the total man-hour. If a job requires two technicians on-site, labor is billed at 1 hour per electrician ($160/hr per technician).

• Trip Charge: A $50 trip charge applies to all service calls to cover fuel, transit time, and vehicle mobilization to your location.

2. Payment Terms & Processing

• Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice following the completion of service (unless other terms are agreed upon in writing).

• Credit Card Processing Fee: A 4% credit card processing fee will be applied to all invoices paid via credit or debit card. (Alternative payment methods without a fee, such as check or cash, may be accepted).

• Late Payments: Any unpaid balance past the invoice due date will incur late fees until the balance is paid in full.

3. Confirming Your Service Call

By clicking your Jobber booking link, confirming your appointment via text, or authorizing work on-site, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Service Call Policy.
